By using kanaanspa.ae and booking services from Kanaan Gents Salon & Spa, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings

Online bookings are reservation requests. They are confirmed by the relevant branch by WhatsApp or phone, typically within 30 minutes during open hours. Slot availability is not guaranteed until confirmation.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by replying to the WhatsApp confirmation or contacting the branch directly. We appreciate at least 2 hours' notice so the slot can be offered to another guest.

3. Pricing

Prices shown on the site are indicative and may vary by branch, service variant, and treatment duration. Final pricing is confirmed at the branch. Some services are listed as "Ask for price" or "Book consultation" — these require a brief in-person assessment.

4. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest behaving inappropriately toward our staff or other guests, or under the influence of substances that compromise the safety of treatments.

5. Hygiene & safety

All Kanaan houses operate to spa-grade hygiene standards. Please notify us in advance of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical considerations.

6. Liability

Kanaan provides services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for outcomes arising from undisclosed conditions or for items left at the premises.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
