Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — free up to 2 hours before your appointment. Reply to the WhatsApp confirmation message, or use the "Reschedule / Cancel" button on your booking confirmation page.
What are your prices?
Service starting prices appear on each service page and on the booking form. Final pricing depends on hair length, products, and add-ons — the branch confirms total before any work begins.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes — but Friday evenings, weekends, and the hour before close are usually fully booked. Booking online or by phone first guarantees a chair.
